Welcome to Tots Sallins.
This is a very exciting step in the Tots History book. On the 29th of August 2022, Tots opened its doors to the families of Sallins and surrounding areas while celebrating our 20th year in business .
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a beautiful, bright clean home from home facility to nurture and protect the children in our care. We are a long time providing quality care for all our children that attend Tots. Our mission is to embrace our Staff and guide them into the care givers and educator we want looking after your children. The staff need the tools and resources to achieve this standard of care that we strive for and it is one thing we are very passionate about.
There is always fun days at Tots with plenty of equipment and resources for any curriculum plan that the kids may wish for.
We have a highly skilled team with a large number of our staff qualified level 8. Level 8 is a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Vision
At Tots we always have a vision, a vision of how we want things to be but most of all Annette Audrey and Amanda can always visualise the end result. We know what our buildings need, we know what they will look like, we know the equipment that is the safest for your child, we know this because we do this work ourselves alongside our team. We purchase personally every item, we proof what we think will work or not, we strive for the best and we buy the best, But most of all we employ the best Staff. The most important part of our business is our Staff. So our vision is to maintain and look after our team and visualise what our team can achieve together. Lots of training goes in, induction days, continuous professional development and a constant link to Management at all times. This is what brings our vision to life and makes us who we are today.
